Mr. William Rice(米威廉), a former missionary of the Southern Presbyterian Church, USA, to the Presbyterian Church in Taiwan, died on Wednesday, March 3, 1999 at the age of 67 in Atlanta, GA.

He had served in Taiwan from 1963 to 1973.
